Horizontal Foam Cutter/Slitter
We manufacture high-quality horizontal foam cutting machines for the polyurethane foam industry. We manufacture a stack four wheel model slitter with a 50-inch stacking height and a slitter with two wheels.
Both of our foam slitters models come with 14-inch wheels and will handle buns up to 50 inches in height. Our foam slitter/cutter will process a full bun of foam up to 50" H x 88″ W x 144″ in length. The table can also be loaded with pre-cut blocks to cut into cushions.
The foam slitter comes with linear scales to indicate the distance between the blade and table. The foam conveying table has non-skid surface grit. The top covering is designed to prevent the foam from sliding during the cutting process. The horizontal foam cutter is available with a power table with adjustable speed drive and magnetic brakes. The table's travel is controlled by limit switches and adjustable activators. The foam slitter is enclosed by steel panels, covering all moving parts and motors.

Equipment manufactured by Pontotoc Machine Works, Inc. will be guaranteed against defective parts or workmanship for one year from date of delivery, except in cases of neglect or abuse.
